We provide a proposal for works which is as specific and detailed as possible.
Each customer has a designated account manager who can be reached by phone, email or via our web portal. All calls are ticketed via our helpdesk system. Most support issues will be managed remotely but we normally offer a 4h to site guarantee where remote support is not sufficient.
Regular monitoring takes place and is communicated in regular reports (normally monthly). Work is usually invoiced on 30 day terms.
